He had a 13 sec PR on the mile, 11 second PR on the half mile, and Jackson was the anchor at the last minute on the 4X400. He came in second on the half mile!!!! YES🔥🔥!!!! GO JACKSON GO!!!!
According to my middle son, apparently all Mom’s are the same because we are the loudest in the stands. That’s right, kiddo! We are definitely loud and proud of our babies.
As today draws to a close, always remember that being flexible is key when you are needed. At the heart of a runner is someone who is tough yet flexible, happy and yet grits their teeth when it’s tough, and they always continue to build upon what they did the days, weeks, months, and years before.
